We offer a great conference programme for your personal development, at a very reasonable cost. We have also introduced the opportunity of an early-bird rate as well as member vs non-member registration.
Unfortunately we are not currently in a position to offer discounts to attend.
The SPANZ Conference is designed for Secondary Principals and their Associate Principal (where the role exists and is funded by the Ministry). We welcome your Associate Principal to attend with you or in your place, and they will be invoiced accordingly.
Unfortunately our Conference does not cater for Deputy and Assistant Principals, we invite you to contact the National Association of Secondary Deputy and Assistant Principals for information around their annual conference.
All registration cancellations received one month prior to the start of conference will receive a full refund.
Cancellations after this date will receive a 50% of the original invoice.
There will be no refunds one week prior to the start of conference.
Your partner is welcome to join you at the Principals' Conference and attend sessions, and provided meals. You will need to include them on your registration form and they will be invoiced accordingly ($250 +GST).
Unfortunately for the PA Conference we are unable to extend an invitation to your partner to join us for sessions or allocated meals/activities - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
All our Business Partners receive first priority for exhibitor space at our Conference. We then contact our previous year Exhibitors and offer them first choice on remaining spaces.

All NZ Secondary Principals are eligible to attend, as well as previous SPANZ members who have since retired/resigned as a principal.
There is a non-member registration component to the form which you can select at time of registration.
For retired/resigned principals who were SPANZ members we invite you to use the SPANZ member registration component.
We send communications out via email to our database, please ensure your contact details are up to date with our office. We will also keep the website up to date with information as it becomes available.
We endeavour to provide a discounted SPANZ rate with the hotel we are hosting our Conference with. A link to this will be provided in correspondence to principals.
Meals as indicated in the programme will be provided, however flights, accommodation, transfers and meals outside the programme will be at the principals expense.
